Apps you can use across Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint & Microsoft 365

We have been acting as partners for our customers using Microsoft 365 for Business for more than 15 years. During this time we continue to update our skills and knowledge, so we can provide the best support to our existing clients, & we hope our knowledge will encourage new clients to take advantage of the skills we have to offer.

Our clients are of course successfully using the popular apps provided by a Microsoft 365 Business subscription such as Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams & Word to manage their business.

Recently following a brief survey we have discovered that additional Microsoft 365 Business Apps that are available as part of their subscription are not being utilised. We believe that this is an error that needs to be addressed and, with this in mind, we hope this blog article will open new methods of enhancing management and content presentation for your business.

Microsoft Stream

Record, share and watch videos seamlessly across Microsoft 365 to enhance collaboration at work.

Recently Stream has been updated and is now Microsoft Stream (on SharePoint). It allows you to record live video, add text and integrate across all Microsoft 365 Apps. Further, you can export the video to be included in a larger video project, using ClipChamp which is a free program available with Windows 10/11 Professional. This new version of Stream has comprehensive training available and is intuitive.

Microsoft Bookings

A simpler way to organise schedules and manage appointments

Save time when scheduling with Microsoft Bookings. Customise appointment details, booking requirements and specify service providers to streamline the booking experience for you and your customers. Bookings is integrated with your Microsoft 365 calendar to help your customers quickly find available times and avoid double-booking. With Bookings, you’ll spend less time scheduling and more time meeting with customers.

Microsoft Forms

Create Surveys, Quizzes, Polls & Contact Forms

Microsoft 365 Project Online

Project Online is a flexible online solution for Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and everyday work. Project Online provides powerful project management capabilities for planning, prioritising and managing projects and project portfolio investments — from almost anywhere on almost any device.

Project Online can be used by administrators, portfolio managers and viewers, project and resource managers, and team leads and members. 

Project Online is built on the SharePoint platform, and it stores data in the SharePoint data store.
